Process Time&Discipline
Custom order products picture/s will be sent to the customer for confirmation before finalizing the ordered product. All items that are custom/made to order have their own dispatch time because of the materials supply. These times vary due to the complexity of the item, and my current waiting list times. Each of our products is cut, sewn and assembled by hand in our workshop. We are not using sewing machine, electric machines or electric powered tools in the production.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returning goods shipping costs are for the buyer. I do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to me. Custom/Made to orders can NOT be refunded, as they are specially made. I expect this good to give you years of use. If there's a problem with something I'd really like to know about it. Shipping
Shipping cost of every product is for all over the world. Local orders will be sent by a domestic logistic company selected by a customer if it has a local collecting office in our city. Local orders shipping cost will be a part of customer and will be not charged to a customer at the beginning of order process. International orders will be sent via Registered Turkish Post High Priority Airmail. Tracking Number of your goods wil be sent same or next business day after the delivery of the package to post office.
Customs / Import Duties for buyers cannot be included in the pricing as this varies considerably and cannot accurately be calculated. It is your own responsibility to pay any charges levied by your own country.
