Process Time&Discipline
Custom order products picture/s will be sent to the customer for confirmation before finalizing the ordered product. All items that are custom/made to order have their own dispatch time because of the materials supply. These times vary due to the complexity of the item, and my current waiting list times. Each of our products is cut, sewn and assembled by hand in our workshop. We are not using sewing machine, electric machines or electric powered tools in the production.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returning goods shipping costs are for the buyer. I do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to me.
